Virtual Exhibition Achieve CCS is a digital platform that enables users to create profiles and publish creative works (including text, images, audio, video, and related metadata) and to explore virtual exhibition and multi-space content.
3.1 Your ownership
You keep ownership of the content you upload or publish (“User Content”), including creative works, images, audio files, videos, descriptions, tags, links, and metadata.

3.4 Promotion (optional / recommended clause)
Unless you disable it in your settings (if available) or you opt-out by contacting us, you allow us to feature limited previews (e.g., thumbnail + title + creator name) of your work for platform promotion (website, social media, newsletters, presentations), always with attribution where technically possible.
If you add one or more co-creators to a work (e.g., via a co-creator field), you confirm that:

Depending on your settings, your profile and works may be publicly accessible and indexed by search engines. You can request removal of public exposure where feasible, subject to legal and technical limitations.
User Content may include external links (e.g., SoundCloud, Spotify, Bandcamp, portfolios). We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or privacy practices.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the platform. We may update these Terms; if changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., via email or in-platform message).
You may delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. Some data may remain in backups for limited periods.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that content will always remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for claims related to the platform is limited to the last 12 months, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If your content or conduct causes legal claims against us, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Courts of Larissa, Greece have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
