3.2 Your promises (warranties)
By uploading or publishing User Content, you confirm that:

  • you own the rights needed to publish it, or you have valid permission/licenses from the rights holders;
  • publication does not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy/publicity rights, or any other rights;
  • you have obtained consent from any identifiable persons included in the content where required;
  • your content is lawful and not misleading.

3.3 License you grant to us (to run the platform)
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable (for hosting/technical providers only), sublicensable (for hosting/technical providers only) license to host, store, reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, and make available your User Content solely for:

This license lasts while your content remains on the platform, plus a reasonable time for backups and caching.

3.4 Promotion (optional / recommended clause)
Unless you disable it in your settings (if available) or you opt-out by contacting us, you allow us to feature limited previews (e.g., thumbnail + title + creator name) of your work for platform promotion (website, social media, newsletters, presentations), always with attribution where technically possible.

  1. Co-Creators and Shared Authorship

If you add one or more co-creators to a work (e.g., via a co-creator field), you confirm that:

  • the listed co-creators are correctly identified; and
  • you have the right/permission to associate them with the work; and
  • where required, you have obtained their consent for public attribution on the platform.

Co-creators may have rights to request corrections or removal of attribution. We may ask for reasonable evidence in case of disputes.

  1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not upload/post content or engage in behavior that:

  • infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • contains illegal hate content, harassment, threats, or discrimination;
  • contains non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors;
