At the Café

Fragments of a video reinterpreting Jessica’s painting: a girl absorbed in her phone outside a café at night, her dog beside her. The scene is both public and intimately isolated.

In the video, she sets down her phone and walks into the crowded café, a shift from digital detachment to physical presence. A gesture of leaving the screen behind to re-enter a shared, living space.
